Limitation of Services Policy
Management may limit services as necessary to maintain a welcoming, safe, and financially sound environment for members and employees. Section 23 of the Member Service Agreement includes many, but not all, scenarios in which a member’s services may be limited or terminated. Members shall retain the right to vote and maintain a share account until they voluntarily withdraw, or are expelled pursuant to the Federal Credit Union Act
