Reflecting on 2025

2025 End of Year Message from Central One President and CEO Devon Lyon

A New Year’s Message from Central One President and CEO, Devon Lyon

Dear Members of Central One Federal Credit Union,

It’s hard to believe that 2026 is right around the corner. We need to begin by thanking all of you for another exceptional year. Your partnership has been instrumental in driving our success and strengthening the communities we serve together.

This year has reinforced what makes Central One special. We were honored to receive awards from the Worcester Telegram’s Best of Central Mass, American Banker, and the Boston Globe. Our Credit Union Service Organizations—Central One Retirement & Investment Center and Oak Tree Insurance Agency—were also recognized for their outstanding work. Together, our organizations continued to set the standard for quality service, helping to earn your confidence. These accomplishments stem from our teams’ unwavering dedication and your trust in us as your financial partner.

We’ve taken important steps forward in 2025, implementing initiatives that expand our capabilities and improve how we serve you. Through careful planning and a focus on what matters most to our members, we’re ensuring Central One remains your destination for comprehensive financial solutions.

Giving back to our community remains at the heart of who we are. This year, we increased our support for local organizations and causes that create positive change. Together, we continue to increase our for-impact efforts and build stronger, more vibrant neighborhoods.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re committed to delivering even greater value through enhanced services, expert guidance, and the personalized attention that sets us apart. Our focus is simple: helping you achieve your financial goals while contributing to the well-being of our entire community.

Thank you for an outstanding 2025. We’re privileged to serve you and excited about what we’ll accomplish together in the year ahead.

Wishing you and your family a wonderful holiday season and a prosperous New Year!

Branch lobbies, drive-ups, and the Member Support Center will close at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, 2/3, for a staff meeting.
