TO REPORT YOUR VISA CHECK CARD LOST OR STOLEN:

Get your Central One Visa Check Card today! A Check Card works like a check, but without all of the hassles. Simply swipe your card, just like you would a credit card and then sign your receipt, like you would with a credit card purchase. The only difference is that there is no bill to pay at the end of the month. Funds are deducted directly from your Share Draft Account.

NOTE: Once you swipe your card and the retailer asks you "Debit or Credit?" you can say "Credit". The funds will still be taken out of your checking account, however, you will have the added safety of not having to enter your PIN.

Use it for purchases and to get cash at ATM's!
Central One's Visa Check Card is accepted worldwide, anywhere you see the Visa® logo. You can use your Check Card for all kinds of purchases - dinner, groceries, gas, and more!

You can also use your Check Card like an ATM card - use it to get cash from your Share or Share Draft Account or even from your Personal Line of Credit (PAL).

Our Visa Check Card is free. There are no service charges or annual fees. When you make a qualified purchase with your Check Card, you will earn Visa Extras Reward points. You can build points and redeem them for merchanidse, food, travel & more! There is no cost to participate in the Visa Extras program, but you must activiate your Extras account. Replacement Cards

If your card is lost or stolen, PLEASE CONTACT THE CREDIT UNION IMMEDIATELY at 800-527-1017, option #3 during regular business hours. After regular business hours please call: 1-866-692-9327.

If your Central One Visa Check Card is worn, damaged or demagnetized, please contact the credit union during regular business hours. A signature will be required before a new card can be issued.

If your card is captured by an ATM machine please contact the credit union and your card will be replaced.

If you have forgotten your PIN, please contact the credit union and a PIN reminder will be mailed to you. If you want to change your PIN, you can do so at any Central One ATM.
