Senior Sense Checking

Our Senior Sense checking is a free account and is available to members age 60 and over who have direct deposit of a pension or Social Security. Deposits are insured by NCUA. In addition to all of the benefits of the regular checking account, a Senior Sense checking account also comes with the following benefits:
Free checks (safety paper, one box per year)
Half price safe deposit box (any size) for the first year
No fee on up to $1000 in one-signature Traveler's Checks (annually)

As an added benefit, if you have direct deposit in to your Senior Sense checking, we offer premium certificate rates to our Senior Sense members. Senior Sense Certificates have a minimum balance of $10,000.

Image Checking

Our Image Checking is also a free checking account and is insured by NCUA.
No monthly fees.
No balance requirements
Receive copies of your cleared checks with each monthly statement.
No activity fees
No dividend is paid on this account


How Do I Open a Checking Account?

To open any checking account with Central One, first you must deposit a minimum of $5.00 into a Share Savings Account to establish your membership with the credit union. Apply online, stop by any Credit Union location, call or email your request for an application.
