How we handle Data Breaches

This is how Central One is protecting your accounts.

For those members who wanted new cards immediately, Central One temporarily extended hours to accommodate members and utilized our Instant Issue Plastics Machine.  This allowed members to come in to our Shrewsbury branch and obtain a newly created Credit or Debit card.

Compromised cards affected by the breach that have not come into a branch for an instant card reissue will be receiving new cards in the mail soon.
