New Password Requirements to Log in to CentralNete-Central Service Center

To further protect our members from fraud, the password requirements to log in to CentralNet changed on August 15th. The new requirements are as follows:

 
  • Passwords must be 8 to 14 characters
  • Passwords must include 2 numeric characters
  • Passwords must include 1 UPPERCASE character
  • Special characters are allowed, but not required.
 
If you have not already set up your password, you can visit the User Options page the next time you log in to CentralNet.
 
To change your password at any time, log in to CentralNet. Go to User Options* and select Change Password. Follow the instructions on the page.
 
NOTE: This change will only affect your CentralNet login. No other PINs or passwords will be affected.

 

*User Options can be found at the very top of the page, once you log in to CentralNet.
