Courtesy Pay Opt-in

Checks and ACH transactions are covered automatically for eligible members, but Federal regulations require members to opt in to Courtesy Pay in order to cover ATM and Debit card transactions.

Why would you opt in to Courtesy Pay?

Consider this example...

You are out to dinner with a client. The bill for the meal comes and the total is $200. You hand the waiter your debit card. You currently have $150 in your checking account. With Courtesy Pay, that transaction is covered, saving you the embarrassment of having your card declined. Without Courtesy Pay, that transaction would be declined. In this example, if the transaction was covered, the Courtesy Pay fee would be $20. The fee is tiered, based on the amount of the transaction.

If you want us to cover debit and ATM transactions through the Courtesy Pay program, please print and sign the agreement and return it to any branch location.
