When you have been in an accident, or there has been damage to your auto, home or business, that is when you need us most. We are committed to providing you with prompt and efficient service. While our carriers prefer that you contact them to file claims, we are here to be your advocate throughout the claims process.

To file a claim, please contact your carrier directly at the number listed below. If you aren't sure of who your carrier is, or if you are not comfortable calling the carrier, please contact Oak Tree and we will help you file your claim. Our carriers are available 24 hours a day to help you report a claim, so you don't have to wait to start the claims process.
