System Requirements
Windows 95 and Windows NT users must use either Netscape 4.51 or greater, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater or America Online Web Browser (128 bit encryption ) or greater.
IMPORTANT: It is highly recommended that the newer browsers be used to access Central Net. You can download a version of Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. AOL users operating in Windows 95 can get America Online's Web Browser by entering the keyword "Upgrade."
